JustWorld International Heads to Hollywood: Longines Masters of Los Angeles

Last September, Catwoman and Poison Ivy swept into Los Angeles and rode away with a big win for JustWorld International – or rather, Laura Kraut and Hannah Selleck dressed as Catwoman and Poison Ivy did.The two accomplished JustWorld International Ambassadors were two of 22 top riders who traded in their traditional breeches and boots for fun and creative costumes in the inaugural Longines Masters of Los Angeles charity class. At the end of the night it was Kraut and Selleck who rode away with the win and a $35,000 check for JustWorld International.“The charity class was about going out there and having fun while raising awareness for our individual charities,” Kraut said following last year’s class. “Of course, Hannah and I were still competitive, we wanted to win for JustWorld, but this was about helping JustWorld raise money to continue to do their good work. This was my opportunity to help, and it was great fun.”This year, JustWorld International is thrilled to have once again been chosen as one of the select few charities to compete in the special class at the Longines Masters of Los Angeles. The prestigious 2015 Longines Masters of Los Angeles event kicks off on Thursday, October 1, and continues through Sunday, October 4, at the Los Angeles Convention Center. On Saturday, October 3, beginning 8:45 p.m. PST two JustWorld Ambassadors will again slip into costumes and jump for the chance at another generous contribution toward JustWorld on behalf of the Longines Masters of Los Angeles.
