JustWorld goes Swiss!

From the 14th –17th of September, some of show-jumping’s best gathered at the idyllic Swiss lake town of Lausanne for the 2nd edition of the Longines International Horse Show of Lausanne. This beautiful show was organized at the lovely ‘Bellerive’ equestrian stadium overlooking Lake Geneva.Longines, title partner and official time-keeper of the elegant event and the team of Jean-François Danton, warmly welcomed JustWorld to the competition for the very first time.The JustWorld class of the weekend was the CSI U25 Class for riders under age 25, where JustWorld was well represented by two of its talented Swiss Ambassadors, Bryan Balsinger and Laetitia De Couedic.On Sunday, during the Longines Grand Prix of the City of Lausanne, Longines once again showed its substantial support of JustWorld’s mission by donating the equivalent of 5,000 meals thanks to the now well-known ‘Clear the Jump’ initiative. Each time the Longines combination was cleared, the renown Swiss watchmaker donated the equivalent of 200 meals to JustWorld.Thanks to Longines’ vital support of JustWorld’s nutrition programs, more than 180,000 meals have been provided at our partner projects. This partnership not only demonstrates the importance of Longines' commitment to ensuring vital needs to children, but also how seriously and sincerely it considers its corporate social responsibility as a company.
