Future Champions are Future Changemakers

Hagen (GER) / Wellington, Florida (USA)  - JustWorld International will celebrate young competitors during the Future Champions event in Hagen, Germany and give podium winners an opportunity to directly make a difference in the lives of children in need.

The international event, held annually since 2011, attracts emerging youth equestrian athletes from all over the world to showcase the future of the dressage and showjumping disciplines. The Future Champions event welcomes JustWorld this year as a horse show charity partner and will feature several awareness-raising opportunities for the global nonprofit throughout the event, including the opening ceremonies and a welcome reception for riders, families, trainers, and grooms.

“We are always so grateful to be welcomed by such wonderful partners like The Future Champions, “ says Jessica Newman, JustWorld Founder and President. “It’s a great example of corporate social responsibility and provides JustWorld with a platform to connect the equestrian community with philanthropy, and open pathways for young equestrians to learn how to make a difference in the world around them,” Newman added.

Thanks to a generous donation, winning riders will receive the opportunity to select how to distribute a predetermined amount of funds throughout the various education and nutrition programs JustWorld provides for at-risk children around the world.

“It’s always rewarding to watch young riders learn about the JustWorld mission and how we work,” Newman continues, “and then to see them realize the impact they can make and that they can support JustWorld in their riding and leadership endeavors - it’s what JustWorld is all about!”

This year, JustWorld will enrich the lives of nearly 10,000 children in need. JustWorld Ambassadors, corporate sponsors, and equestrian event partners assist in a variety of ways to raise awareness and funds that support and grow the education and nutrition programs that JustWorld funds.
